阿里巴巴将出让灵犀互娱股份，信宸资本确认接手
人民财讯8月17日电，记者获悉，灵犀互娱CEO周炳枢日前发布内部信确认，经过多轮沟通与磋商，阿里巴巴集团与信宸资本已正式达成交易协议。根据协议安排，阿里巴巴将出让所持有的灵犀互娱股份，信宸资本将成为灵犀互娱的新任股东。
