人民财讯9月1日电，企查查APP显示，近日，上海砺铭科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为肖冰，注册资本为1.2亿元，经营范围包含技术进出口；货物进出口；计算机软硬件及辅助设备批发；非居住房地产租赁；信息技术咨询服务等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由壁仞科技全资持股。
