人民财讯9月2日电，上纬新材(688585)9月2日公告，公司核心技术人员程超因个人原因于近日离职。离职后，程超不再担任公司任何职务。目前，公司各项研发项目均正常推进。现有研发团队及核心技术人员能够支持公司未来核心技术的持续研发，本次核心技术人员的离职不会对公司技术研发、核心竞争力和持续经营能力产生实质性影响。
