人民财讯9月3日电，“8·28”地产新政后北京首拍：9月3日，北京出让1宗顺义区涉宅用地，规划建筑面积204238.64平方米，起始价70.71亿元，现场竞拍前已收到2次线上报价，最高报价70.781亿元。该地块吸引了2家竞买人现场竞价，最终经过172轮线下竞拍，由华润置地以82.99亿元竞得，成交楼面价4.064万元/平方米，溢价率17.37%。
