人民财讯9月5日电，据中指研究院，8月，高校毕业季租赁需求集中释放期接近尾声，全国住房租赁市场热度较7月有所回落，50城住宅平均租金延续上涨态势，但环比涨幅明显收窄。上海、深圳带动一线城市平均租金继续上涨，其中上海环比涨幅已连续5个月居50城首位。
