燧原科技（688801）9月9日披露首次公开发行股票科创板上市公告书，公司股票将于9月11日在上海证券交易所科创板上市。
本次发行价格142.18元/股，对应的发行人2025年摊薄后静态市销率为61.80倍，低于同行业可比公司2025年静态市销率平均水平，但仍存在未来发行人股价下跌给投资者带来损失的风险。
