人民财讯9月9日电，威士顿(301315)9月9日公告，公司实控人的一致行动人茆婵娟拟以集中竞价交易方式，减持公司股份40万股（占公司总股本的0.45%）。
公司其他股东上海丛威咨询管理合伙企业（有限合伙）拟以集中竞价交易方式，减持公司股份88万股（占公司总股本的1%）。
