新朋股份：全资子公司拟不超1.6亿元认购金浦如意基金份额
人民财讯9月10日电，新朋股份(002328)9月10日公告，公司全资子公司上海瀚娱动投资有限公司拟以不超过1.6亿元认购嘉兴金浦如意创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“金浦如意”）不超过45%比例的基金份额。金浦如意主要围绕国家宏观战略发展方向进行投资。
