人民财讯9月11日电，鹏欣资源(600490)9月11日公告，公司全资子公司鹏欣国际持有Sunrise Energy Metals Limited（简称“Sunrise”）1045.19万股，占Sunrise目前股份总数的6.17%。公司拟通过证券交易所集中竞价、大宗交易、协议转让或其他合法方式，择机出售Sunrise股票不超过948万股，约占Sunrise目前股份总数的5.59%。交易价格根据出售时的市场价格确定。
