海航控股：子公司向AWA出售2架E190飞机 交易价约1.32亿元
人民财讯9月11日电，海航控股(600221)9月11日公告，公司控股子公司乌鲁木齐航空有限责任公司向Africa WorldAirlines Limited（简称“AWA”）出售2架Embraer E190飞机（简称“E190飞机”），交易价格约1947.5万美元(约合人民币1.32亿元)。此次出售E190飞机，有利于优化机队结构，降低运营成本，对公司总体生产经营不会造成重大不利影响。
