兆驰股份在光博会展出光芯片等系列产品
人民财讯9月11日电，兆驰股份在第27届光博会（CIOE 2026）上展出了25G及以下DFB激光器芯片系列，以及应用于接入网新一代50G PON 产品1342nm EML+SOA，以及面向AI领域高速光互联产品的100G 1310nm PAM4 EML、70/100/150/200mW CW DFB等产品。据介绍，公司已打通从光芯片、光器件到光模块的完整产业链路，实现产业链多个环节的协同研发与制造。
