香山股份：拟发行股份及支付现金购买武珞智慧100%股权 交易对价暂定8亿元
人民财讯9月14日电，香山股份(002870)9月14日公告，公司拟向宁波亘曦、浙江秦桐、智焱芯合、温州群宏、瑞晟智能、王凌发行股份及支付现金购买其合计持有的武珞智慧100%股权，并募集配套资金。武珞智慧100%股权的交易总对价暂定为8亿元。本次交易完成后，上市公司将在现有汽车零部件业务基础上，新增AI算力设备业务，形成“汽车零部件+AI算力”的双轮驱动业务格局。
