福建高速：控股股东拟1.3亿元—2.3亿元增持公司股份
人民财讯9月17日电，福建高速(600033)9月17日公告，控股股东福建省高速公路集团有限公司拟自本公告披露之日起12个月内通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司A股股份，增持总金额不低于1.3亿元（含），不超过2.3亿元，且增持比例不超过公司总股本的2%。
