人民财讯9月17日电，百利天恒(688506)9月17日公告，公司全资子公司Panku Capital Limited（以下简称“盘古资本”）拟以500万美元认购Connexus Therapeutics(以下简称“Connexus”)388.1万股A轮优先股股份，本次增资完成后，公司将持有Connexus7.91%股权。Connexus是一家创新药企业，专注于肿瘤领域小分子药物的开发，其在研项目均处于临床前研发阶段。
