祥鑫科技：终止收购苏州酷尔芯科技51%股权事项
人民财讯9月17日电，祥鑫科技(002965)9月17日公告，此前公告，公司拟通过现金收购与增资相结合的方式，取得苏州酷尔芯科技有限公司51%的股权。因交易双方未能就交易相关的关键条款达成一致意见，公司决定终止本次股权收购事项。
