人民财讯9月18日电，9月18日，住房和城乡建设部房地产市场监管司司长张雪涛在国新办新闻发布会上表示，现房销售已经是大势所趋，新项目要优先选择现房销售，同时统筹用好针对项目的土地、金融、税收等支持性的政策。实行预售的项目，要完善预售资金的监管，切实保障购房人的合法权益。
