人民财讯9月18日电，三孚新科官微消息，公司旗下明毅电子光模块VCP电镀设备发货，即将交付国内头部AI服务器PCB制造商。该系列设备可根据客户工艺需求及厂房情况，满足mSAP等高端工艺的PCB电镀、IC载板电镀等制程要求，可适配800G—1.6T光模块用PCB电镀工艺。
