航新科技：拟收购上海芯圣51%股权
人民财讯9月18日电，航新科技(300424)9月18日公告，公司拟以现金收购方式，取得上海芯圣51%的股权，交易总对价初步预计约为2.8亿元—2.95亿元。本次交易完成后，上海芯圣将成为公司的控股子公司。标的公司是一家专注于集成电路芯片研发和销售的设计企业。
