人民财讯9月20日电，企查查APP显示，近日，广东天机智能系统有限公司发生工商变更，新增蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司全资子公司上海云玚企业管理咨询有限公司等为股东，同时注册资本增至2.44亿元。公开信息显示，该公司是一家具身智能公司。
