人民财讯9月20日电，四方光电(688665)9月20日公告，公司股东武汉智感科技有限公司、员工持股平台武汉聚优、武汉盖森拟通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持公司股份。其中，智感科技拟减持不超过154.26万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过1.5245%；武汉聚优拟减持不超过107.07万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过1.0581%；武汉盖森拟减持不超过42.24万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过0.4174%。
