上海静安区宅地70.5亿元溢价成交
人民财讯9月21日电，9月21日，上海九批次土拍有3宗地出让。其中，静安区宅地土地出让面积42200.07平方米，规划建筑面积101280.17平方米，容积率2.4，起始价66.84亿元，起始楼面价66000元/平方米。该地块吸引了两家竞买人参与现场竞拍，经过78轮竞价，最终象屿和建发联合体以总价70.5亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价69614元/平方米，溢价率5.48%。
