人民财讯9月21日电，新华文轩(601811)9月21日公告，公司拟收购控股股东四川新华出版发行集团持有的四川民族出版社有限责任公司（简称“民族出版社”）100%的股权，收购价格3.46亿元。此次交易有助于解决潜在同业竞争问题，同时将完善公司民族出版内容布局，丰富内容供给体系。
