人民财讯9月21日电，永安期货(600927)9月21日公告，公司持股11.47%的股东浙江东方控股集团股份有限公司（简称“浙江东方”）拟10月22日至12月31日期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，合计减持公司股份不超过4351.33万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
