国家发改委：上半年水网建设吸引民间投资同比增长85.8%
人民财讯9月22日电，9月22日，国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任李超在新闻发布会上表示，在水利领域，上半年，水网建设吸引民间投资超过108亿元，同比增长了85.8%。在绿电直连领域，目前已经审批的项目中，民间资本参与的项目占到半数。
