南华期货：拟对全资子公司南华资本增资1.5亿元
人民财讯9月22日电，南华期货(603093)9月22日公告，公司拟以自有资金向全资子公司南华资本增资1.5亿元。增资完成后，南华资本注册资本由6亿元增加至7.5亿元，公司持有南华资本股权比例仍为100%。
