海南瑞泽：实控人所持公司0.96%股份拟被法院强制变卖
人民财讯9月22日电，海南瑞泽(002596)9月22日公告，公司收到海南省第一中级人民法院送达的《执行裁定书》《协助执行通知书》，因金融借款合同纠纷，海南省第一中级人民法院拟在3个月内，变卖公司实际控制人之一张仲芳所继承尚登记在冯活灵名下的1100万股公司股票（占公司总股本的0.96%）。
