百龙创园：拟再度延长可转债发行决议有效期一年
人民财讯9月22日电，百龙创园(605016)9月22日公告，公司董事会审议通过议案，拟将公司向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券的股东会决议有效期再次延长十二个月，至2027年10月10日。除延长决议有效期外，本次发行方案的其他事项和内容保持不变。
