人民财讯9月24日电，企查查APP显示，近日，广汽能源科技（北京）有限公司成立，法定代表人为刘志辉，注册资本为5000万元，经营范围包含集中式快速充电站；充电桩销售；电池销售；储能技术服务；新能源汽车整车销售；汽车销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由广汽集团旗下广汽能源科技有限公司全资持股。
