龙蟠科技：拟不超5亿元投建全球总部及新能源新材料人工智能智慧创新中心
人民财讯9月24日电，龙蟠科技(603906)9月24日公告，公司拟投资建设全球总部及新能源新材料人工智能智慧创新中心，投资金额不超过5亿元。
龙蟠科技同日公告，公司控股子公司常州锂源拟以自有资金对其全资子公司江苏锂源增资3.1亿元。本次增资款全部计入江苏锂源注册资本，增资完成后，江苏锂源仍为常州锂源的全资子公司。
