人民财讯9月28日电，据中远海运特运公众号，近日，中远海运特运“新大中”轮装载着柬埔寨蒙多基里省150兆瓦风电项目的两套风电整机扬帆启航，标志着柬埔寨首个大型风电工程正式迈入设备出海、加速建设的新阶段。
