人民财讯9月28日电，中稀有色(600259)9月28日公告，公司以自有资金向全资子公司晟源公司增资3.06亿元。增资完成后，公司仍持有晟源公司100%股权，为公司全资子公司。晟源公司作为公司高性能磁材产业主体，本次增资有利于优化晟源公司资本结构，有效化解高负债经营风险，夯实产业发展基础。
