光智科技：拟设合资公司投建高性能红外探测器产业化项目
人民财讯9月28日电，光智科技(300489)9月28日公告，公司拟以货币出资6.37亿元与衢州智造安合股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）、上海光启芯联科技有限公司共同设立合资公司，合作打造“高性能红外探测器产业化项目”，公司占注册资本的49.00%。
