9月29日，广汽集团今日复牌，股价开盘封一字涨停，封单额超6.5亿元。消息面上，广汽集团公告称，公司拟通过发行股份购买一汽丰田汽车有限公司50%股权，并募集配套资金，本次发行价格为5.75 元/股。
