人民财讯9月29日电，9月29日，杭州2宗宅地出让，最终均溢价超20%以上成交，总成交金额28.11亿元。其中，西湖区双桥单元宅地经过48轮竞价，最终由绿城和海威联合体以总价9.46亿元竞得，成交楼面价13682元/㎡，溢价率33.05%。萧山区开发区市北单元宅地经过25轮竞价，最终由滨江集团以总价18.65亿元竞得，成交楼面价30775元/㎡，溢价率23.1%。
