人民财讯9月29日电，9月28日，上海十批次土拍4宗地块出让，其中，虹口北外滩地块用地性质为科研设计用地、居住用地，土地出让面积17906.45㎡（合26.86亩），规划建筑面积127135.8㎡（科研设计占比62.5%，住宅占比37.5%），地上建筑限高198m，容积率7.1，起始价54.18亿元，起始综合楼面价42612元/㎡。最终国贸以底价54.18亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价42612元/㎡。
