上海杨浦区宅地溢价21.46%成交
人民财讯9月29日电，9月28日，上海十批次土拍4宗地块出让，其中，杨浦区居住用地土地出让面积18557.31㎡（合27.84亩），规划建筑面积44537.54㎡，容积率2.4，起始价24.05亿元，起始楼面价53988元/㎡。该地块吸引了共5家竞买人参与现场竞拍，经过109轮竞价后，最终招商蛇口和南山联合体以总价29.2亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价65574元/㎡，溢价率21.46%。
