人民财讯9月29日电，三峡新材(600293)9月29日公告，公司全资子公司硅业公司参与了宜昌市夷陵区红岩头玻璃用砂岩矿采矿权竞拍。9月29日，公司全资子公司硅业公司收到宜昌市公共资源交易中心出具的《网络竞价结果告知书》，确认成功竞得该采矿权，成交价格为5140万元。
