海南高速：控股股东拟4500万元至9000万元增持公司股份
人民财讯9月29日电，海南高速(000886)9月29日公告，公司控股股东海南交通集团拟采用集中竞价方式，以银行信贷资金和自有资金择机增持公司股份，增持金额为4500万元至9000万元。招商银行海南省分行承诺为海南交通集团提供专项贷款，贷款金额不超过增持金额的90%，承诺函有效期不超过1年。
