人民财讯9月29日电，亿纬锂能(300014)9月29日公告，截至目前，公司全资孙公司EVE BATTERY INVESTMENTLTD.收到参股公司思摩尔国际现金分红款3.75亿港元。公司对思摩尔国际的长期股权投资按权益法核算，该笔分红款对公司2026年度合并报表净利润无影响。
