人民财讯9月29日电，科森科技(603626)9月29日公告，公司拟向不超过35名（含35名）特定投资者发行股票，募集资金总额（含发行费用）不超过11.02亿元，扣除发行费用后拟用于收购惠州展固科技有限公司53.26%股权项目、机器人与智能终端精密结构件及模组制造项目（一期）及补充流动资金。
