人民财讯10月3日电，河北省气象台2026年10月3日9时55分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计3日上午到4日白天，张家口、承德、唐山、秦皇岛、保定西部及渤海海域和沿海地区有西南风转西北风4到6级，阵风7到9级，局地可达10级以上，其他地区有西南风转西北风4到5级，阵风6到7级，局地可达8级以上。请注意防范。
