人民财讯10月3日电，10月1日，汇通集团承建的菲律宾南吕宋高速公路4号收费公路（SLEXTR4）D标段建设迎来关键里程碑，项目首片预应力混凝土I型梁顺利完成架设。此次架梁作业吊装平稳、落位精准、固定规范，各项施工指标均符合标准，标志着该标段桥梁工程正式完成从下部墩台施工到上部梁体施工的阶段转换。
