人民财讯10月7日电，北部湾港(000582)10月7日公告，公司正在筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式，向广西北部湾国际港务集团有限公司和钦州市港口建设投资有限责任公司购买广西自贸区钦州港片区恒港码头有限公司100%股权并募集配套资金事项。公司股票自10月8日（星期四）开市起停牌。
