人民财讯10月9日电，10月9日，广州1宗黄埔区地块出让，用地性质为二类居住用地兼容商业用地，土地出让面积34822平方米（合52.23亩），规划建筑面积76608平方米，容积率2.2，起始价13.15亿元，起始楼面价17170元/平方米。该地块吸引了3家竞买人参与竞价，经过71轮竞价，最终保利发展以总价16.65亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价21738元/平方米，溢价率26.61%。
