中证协：不得以项目数量、收入规模作为保代唯一考核指标
人民财讯10月9日电，10月9日，记者获悉，中证协组织起草了《保荐代表人执业行为规范（征求意见稿）》（下称《意见稿》），并正向行业征求意见。《意见稿》明确了对保代的激励考核。保荐机构应当建立科学的保荐代表人评价与激励机制，综合考量专业胜任能力、执业质量、合规情况、业务收入等各项因素对保荐代表人进行考核，不得以项目数量、收入规模作为唯一考核指标。
