耀皮玻璃：中国复材拟减持公司不超2.8%股份
人民财讯10月11日电，耀皮玻璃(600819)10月11日公告，持股5.62%的公司股东中国复合材料集团有限公司(简称“中国复材”)计划通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，减持公司股份不超过2734.92万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的2.8%。
