今日上市新股粤芯半导体开盘大涨274%%，股价报45元。
资料显示，粤芯半导体是广东晶圆制造龙头企业，被称为“广州第一芯”。
根据Frost & Sullivan数据，公司是中国大陆唯一具备12英寸硅光晶圆大规模量产能力的企业。公司主要客户涵盖境内外多家一流芯片设计企业，硅光业务终端客户包括行业知名云服务厂商。
