中证协报告：个别分析师为追求流量，发表片面化、争议性观点
人民财讯10月14日电，记者获悉，近日，中证协向券商下发了《2025年证券公司发布证券研究报告业务经营情况统计报告》（下称《报告》）。《报告》指出，分析师个人行为管控缺位。部分机构对分析师社交发言、公开调研、对外观点输出等行为管控不到位，导致出现个别分析师为追求流量，发表片面化、争议性观点，在实地调研过程中行为不规范，经媒体报道后引发负面舆情，损害行业及分析师群体形象。
