人民财讯10月15日电，上海市交通委副主任张欣在10月15日举行的上海市政府新闻发布会上表示，上海加快建设国际航运绿色燃料认证、交易、加注“三中心”，我国自主研发的绿色船用燃料国际认证体系已在沪启用。绿色甲醇加注能力已覆盖上海港主要作业水域，沪产、沪储、沪加全链条贯通，上海港LNG加注规模位居全球前列。
