人民财讯10月16日电，10月16日，武汉出让3宗住宅用地，总土地出让面积161026㎡，总规划建筑面积241540㎡，总起始价13.68亿元。最终1宗溢价成交，2宗底价成交，总成交金额15.13亿元。其中，溢价地块位于东湖新技术开发区，经过66轮竞价，最终由湖北天创房地产开发集团有限公司以总价5.87亿元竞得，成交楼面价8737元/㎡，溢价率33.14%。
